In the second hour of the Wednesday edition, Arizona Senator Jon Kyl joined us on immigration, the conflict in the Middle East, and judicial nominations. Later, Congressmen John Kline and John Campbell gave details of the al-Malaki speech to the joint session of Congress.
In this hour, Erwin Chemerinsky and John Eastman, law professors from the left and right, respectively, hashed out the merits of the wilson/plame lawsuit, and the Washington state gay marriage decision. Also, a reprise from Yoni Tidi.
