Musclehead Revolution author and New York City talk show host, Kevin McCullough joined Hugh this hour looking at the news and the new media, with a brief interruption from Yoni Tidi on what’s going on in the Middle East
Kevin McCullough, author of Musclehead Revolution, stuck around for the first segment of the second hour, then Hugh played some audio clips of Democrats that have literally lost their minds. Then, America’s professor, David Allen White, offered a Shakespeare sonnet to lead into commentary on Mel Gibson.
On the Monday edition, Hugh recapped how screwed up his weekend was, thanks to United Airlines, and got a Middle East update from Yoni Tidi. Also, Senator Jon Kyl of Arizona joined Hugh to give an update on the judicial nominations agenda.
The high-ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee wanted to come back and make sure his remarks last week about a hold on Judge Haynes were clarified. He also talked about the very busy week the Senate has in front of it, and reaffirmed his support for Israel.
House Rules Committee Chairman David Dreier and Congressman John Campbell joined Hugh to update on the activities in the House last week, including estate tax cuts as part of the minimum wage increase, and the prospects of getting it through the Senate.
Prayers For The Assassin author Robert Ferrigno joined Hugh to look at the prospects of August 22nd, and what that might mean to Mahmoud Ahmadinejead of Iran, and the rest of the Middle East.
