Minnesota Congressional candidate, Michele Bachmann, whose opponent ran an outrageous ad on the Foley scandal in her district yesterday, fought back hard. Wrapping up the hour was Republican National Committee Chairman, Ken Mehlman.

Following him was a visit with Duke Law Professor Erwin Chemerinsky on the 6th Circuit’s decision on allowing the NSA surveillance program to continue. Lastly, Real Clear Politics’ John McIntyre looked the polls as of the scandal, and where the Republicans stand in the House and Senate.
