Hewitt: Hour 2 – Hugh plays the farewell speech of outgoing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine General Peter Pace, and takes caller reaction.
Hewitt: Hour 3 – Hugh continues to get reaction to the Peter Pace audio, plus takes calls about patriotism and qualifications to be able to speak about foreign policy and the military.
Hewitt: Hour 1 – Hugh spends the first Monday in October, the beginning of the new Court session, talking lawsuit reform, tort reform, and other legal matters with Ted Frank of the American Enterprise Institute, Lorie Zapf of CALA, and Steven Calabresi of Northwestern Law School and the Federalist Society.
Hewitt: Hour 2 – Hugh continues his look at the legal system with the first day of Supreme Court action upon us with Manhattan Institute’s Walter Olson, the Instpundit and UT law professor Glenn Reynolds, and Congressmen David Dreier and Dan Lungren.
