Tell Vince Flynn I bought a pair of shoes like tamij’s. They are the Vibram finger shoe. A guy at the gym told me they were great for running because they were easy on the knees and back.

Seeing as how I had to quit running 15 years ago after back surgery, I was skeptical.

Well, after nearly two weeks of solid running, no back nor knee problems at all. Tami’s shoes are made for those of us who have had problems running with normal shoes. As we all know, her feet aren’t normal and she has had to compensate with other shoe types.

I am also willing to bet, Hugh can easily increase his running speed with these shoes.

Anyways, after trying these shoes, I hate to see anyone not being able to run because of back and knees without trying these out.

    Thanks, tami

I don’t really read Vince’s books but I love these interviews. Always riveting, great job Hugh.

After starting a new foreign policy meltdown by calling Israel’s Prime Minister “chicken____” five days before elections in which competence in matters of national security is center stage, someone at the White House must have appealed to The New York Times for urgent assistance, and the paper responded with this thigh slapped of the Keystone Kops at work wh […]

What would a GOP-controlled Congress mean? Well, for one thing, better relations with Israel because the Republican Congress will not allow the president to repeatedly attack our strongest ally in the Middle East.  Expect renewed Iran sanctions to land on the president’s desk as well. I spoke with Kentucky senator and GOP leader Mitch McConnell about what wa […]
