Tell Vince Flynn I bought a pair of shoes like tamij’s. They are the Vibram finger shoe. A guy at the gym told me they were great for running because they were easy on the knees and back.

Seeing as how I had to quit running 15 years ago after back surgery, I was skeptical.

Well, after nearly two weeks of solid running, no back nor knee problems at all. Tami’s shoes are made for those of us who have had problems running with normal shoes. As we all know, her feet aren’t normal and she has had to compensate with other shoe types.

I am also willing to bet, Hugh can easily increase his running speed with these shoes.

Anyways, after trying these shoes, I hate to see anyone not being able to run because of back and knees without trying these out.

    Thanks, tami

I don’t really read Vince’s books but I love these interviews. Always riveting, great job Hugh.
